My partner was advised by the job centre in March 2012 that he was put into CB ESA. Today he received yet another questionnaire from Atos with the request to return within 4 weeks. Called the jobcentre who confirmed this is correct, but also told me that the CB ESA will only be paid for 365 days and that it is means tested. This info is contrary to your advise (#82705) which said: quote As your partner has been placed into the Support Group of CB ESA time limiting does not apply and means testing does not apply. unquote
Maybe I misunderstood your information ???? Please kindly let me have your comments as to whether it is correct that Atos want another questionnaire 6 months after the first one was sent and whether my partner's CB ESA is or is not limited to 365 days and whether or not it is means-tested.
