You can draw these matters to the attention of the Decision Maker carring out the Reconsideration stage of your appeal and to the Tribunal Panel, should the revision uphold the the original Decision.

My best guess for "FME requested" is "further medical evidence requested".

I'm not sure what you mean by the 13 week period to sort a claim out? If you are referring to the time taken for a Reconsideration, then 13 weeks is an average, it could be quicker, it could be longer, the DWP are not required to carry out this part of the appeal process within a specific timescale. In principle the period starts from when the appeal is submitted, but in reality, it may be weeks before it reaches the top of the pile on a Decision Makers desk.
