Hi
I would like to know if possible the following please:
How long do you give DWP to send the evidence required when you have sent the SAR to them.
What happens next if the the DWP dont send the required evidence within this time.
Can you send a SAR at any time regarding evidence they supposed to have used on your claim.

If like you say the DWP have 40 calendar days to reply, and the DWP haven't replied to the SAR in this time limit, would it then be better to phone the DWP up or would it be better to put it in writing, or do both? along with a photo copy of the SAR i sent to them and a copy of the proof of posting i.e. recorded delivery, 40 caledar days ago.
The information commissioner office, have you any links to this organisation on the benefits and Work site, failing that would you be able to let me know how to contact them, and if i wasn't satisfied with the DWPs response would i mention the information commissioner in this letter/phone call? also have you any idea how i should lay the letter to the DWP out.
