Thanks for the prompt response, when I click on search, I get a 404 error. Please accept my apologies if my question was answered elsewhere.
Two further questions, if that's ok
Is requesting the ESA85A the best way to find out when reassessment is likely?
If given contributions based ESA, at amount of previous IB, is there a need to apply for income related ESA?
Many thanks once again

They may be eligible for Income Related ESA as a top to their ESA(CB). ESA(IR) passports a number of other benefits, such as the Carers Premium and Housing Benefit.

Hello again, thanks to everyone for their replies.
Using that search page, I can see that a lot of people drew the same conclusion as me, that the whole reassessment circus would begin again in November. We're both extremely relieved to find that isn't the case.
So, that actually means she has actually, really been placed in the support group without a medical, thanks to the guides on this site. Wow! Can't thank you all enough. :-D
After 35 mins on hold to DWP, I've requested all the paperwork to the decision and the form for IR ESA (they seemed very confused by both requests "but she's been put in the support group!") And will follow up with a written request.
Thanks again!

Hi samantha
we had a similar date on our award notice in being transferred from IB to the Support Group. When we queried this with the IB transfer dept within the DWP we were advised that this was an internal administrative date only - on further checking the file the DWP advised that a marker date had been made for late September to update the payment schedule. We asked loads of questions such as the length of time to the next review and about the drs report from the ATOS medical. We were advised that the award of esa was made for a period of three years - and payments are expected to continue without interruption after the November date expires. If you feel up to it and to put your mind at ease you could enquire with the DWP yourself. The people we spoke to were very helpful.
hope that helps
