You do not need to write a letter in order to lodge an appeal, you can complete a GL24 Appeal form, see the followinghi just wonder ing how to go about writing letter of appeal how should it be worded and is there any formats i can use as a template as i have been migrated from ib to esa but they have put me in the wrag but should be put in the support group thanks if any one can help
Is there any risk to challenging a decision?
How long do I have to appeal?
How to submit an appeal
Qualifying for the Support Group
12 Month Limit for ESA(CB)
Do I have to attend WFIs while I appeal?

How to complete the GL24 is explained in our ESA Appeals Guide. Seehi i am new to this could you explain how to go about writing on this form as it very hard for me to understand it they are aking for reasons why i have arthritis all through me crumbling disc in myback suffer with bowel control difficultlty in walking sent letter in off doctor confirming that i could only walk about 10 yards with out feeling discomfort also have injections into my spine to help with back pain thanks

As an aside, the ESA descriptor covers mobilising, which in addition to walking covers the usage of a wheelchair over an equivalent distance, irrelevant of whether the claimant owns or even uses one.
