In order for you to appeal to the Upper Tribunal, you need to show that there has bee an Error Or Law in the proceedings of the original Tribunal hearing, you cannot appeal on the basis that you believe that the Decision was wrong. See

What is an Error of Law?

From your previous posts, you were placed in the Support Group following an appeal, but then moved to the WRAG without explanation. I know you had written to the Tribunal Service requesting information as to why this happened. Have you had a reply yet?

You really need to get face to face advice on this matter from a Welfare Rights officer with experience of appealing to the Uppoer Tribunal.

I am afraid not, I can find no reference to this form online and none of our guides cover appealing to the UT as the process is beyond what we can support through the forum.
