Yet another DLA claim started in April....

Some of you may remember I had a terrible time last year with a DLA claim.. refused, appeal refused, tribunal humiliated me and it took months to get the tribunal transcripts (had to contact the higher tier to get access) and when I did get it earlier this year the tribunal inferred that my GP and myself were lying. (they actually wrote that I was making a false claim)

Well... that was the second claim that had been refused.

So I started again in April... and have just had the dreaded letter arrive........

Third time lucky for me... so my advice is NEVER GIVE IN - No matter how hard it seems there is always HOPE.
