I would start with the place you had the hearing at and if they can't help you, get in touch with the Tribunal Service.

Just a quick note to say thank you Gordon have been in touch with tribunal had to get my daughter to write a quick note saying how i made mistake with care rate and sent them a copy of my dla rate from dla she faxed it to them today, I have to contact them on tuesday but they say cause my tribunal was only yesterday it should be fine for the judge to ammend. :)
