Had call up papers esa50 and have placed a letter from gp in it stating am not fit for work and a risk of self harm also day centre has give me a letter stating the same have a letter from a friend. Filled in form have a letters from other medical departments all up to date. As l get out burst of rage l carry a weapon have stated that as well. Am just very worry l may have left something out. Sorry may just be me
