dla renewal was created by cw12
my dla runs out in january 2013,today i recieved my renewal forms, could anyone tell me how long do i have to return the forms as the letter says return as soon as possible. I tried to get appointment with gp for supporting letter but cant get appointment with him until the end of september. with thanks.
