I've experiencing delays getting hold of a couple of medical reports. If i make a note in Q61 - 'other information' of the DLA form can i send on the medical reports after ive sentin the DLA form and once they arrive and will they be valid or taken into consideration or will they no longer count and can only be taken into consideration in the event i need to appeal ?
In principle yes, the limiting factors will be how quickly a Decision is made on your award, and how quickly you can supply the information.
Unfortunately, Decisions have been so erratic, that I wouldn't want to say categorically, that the Decision Maker would wait for the evidence to be provided, although I would hope that they do so for a reasonable period.
