You can use information previously used, but should always give information that is current to your limited capabilities at the time of your assessment.

In other words, it would not suffice to simply state that your conditions and limitations have not changed since your last ESA WCA.


Yep - I filled in the last form digitally, so I have all the answers ready to cut+paste. I was planning to do that, updating as necessary.

I'm well aware by now that filling in one of these forms with 'please see my old form because everything's still the same' is just asking for trouble...
