Been on ib for over 12 yrs now i've migrated to esa wrag under the 26wk rule payment, my money will stop in november. Is this right?.Even though i've been told on the medical report no medical done on me ,client will not be able to work for at least for 2yrs and also client will unable to return to work in the longer term .At my wfi the adivsor thinks they have made mistakes on both payment and not reading the all the information given , and i should be in the support group . I am appealing .

ESA(CB) remains in payment for 12 months for members of the WRAG, the 26 weeks applies to JSA(CB). See

12 Month Limit for ESA(CB)

If you are appealing then I would recommend you have a look at the following FAQs

Is there any risk to challenging a decision?

How long do I have to appeal?

How to submit an appeal

Qualifying for the Support Group

Do I have to attend WFIs while I appeal?
