Work programme with Prospects?

Hi Everyone, First post so i hope i am in the right section?

I have been on ESA and out of work for over 4 years due to a back problem.

I have always been in the WRAG until earlier this week when my advisor told me that she would no longer be my advisor but i was being handed over to a company that works alongside job centre plus in trying to help you back into work?

The company is called Prospects www.prospectsascent.co.uk and i am now with them for 2 years or less if i get into work.

I just wondered if anyone else on here has already been with them? And what are they like and what do you have to do? I had never heard of this before.
They contact every 2 weeks apparently.
