esa appeal confusion was created by mcintosh
I received my statement of reasons and I am a bit confused.
Advice
I advise that the person meets the criteria for having limited capability for work
Prognosis
I advise that a return to work is unlikely for at least two years
Justification for advice
The available evidence from the esa50, med3 and 113 has been used to give advice in this case.
The available evidence suggests that the client has a significant level of disability due to Musculoskeletal condition and other medical conditions, such that they would have limited capability for work, however there is no evidence to suggest the client would meet LCWRA under 2011 regulations.
Does this mean that you do not meet the support group criteria ?
I submitted the esa50 with lots of medical evidence and a supporting letter from my GP which stated that I have problems mobilising more than 20 metres. This just seems to have been ignored.
Many Thanks

Based on your post, the medical report is saying that you do not meet the criteria for the Support Group.
The ESA113 is a DWP requested report from your GP, it may be worth having a look at this to see how supportive they were, see
ESA medical – what forms to ask for?
The Decision is appealable, but you should have a look at the following FAQs before making a decision.
Is there any risk to challenging a decision?
How long do I have to appeal?
How to submit an appeal
Qualifying for the Support Group
12 Month Limit for ESA(CB)
Do I have to attend WFIs while I appeal?
