Two recent examples of why Atos should be saked. 1)I sent my ESA50 to Atos 8 weeks ago, I rang them yesterday for an update,they said they wrote to my GP 28th Aug for more info.I checked with my GP, no letter received,rang Atos to be told that they did not send the letter to the surgery i put on the form but to a different address 3 miles away.As it happens my GP has another surgery in the road they sent it to but they put the wrong number on the address.Atos told me to ring JCP to give them the correct address,I told them they already had it on my form.Anyway I rang JCP who asked why I was telling them. However they took the details,now got to wait to see if it gets through. 2)A friend has just called me in tears.His wife was put into the support group in May 12.Sadly she died in July.Dwp were notified as were JCP.Today he received a ESA50 form to be retested.When my friend rang them all they said was that it should not have been sent as it says on their records that she had died in July. It is really unbelievable how Atos are still being given contracts by this Government.
