ESA Stopped after 365 rule

Hi Everyone, I am very confused.
I have been on CB ESA for 365 days, my benefit stopped on Monday. I stupidly did not appeal the decision to get myself moved into the Support Group. What can I do now?? I was at the hospital today seeing my specialist, he said there is no hope for any improvement, I will never be out of pain or be able to be very mobile. This is just all so depressing. Im 34 with 2 kiddies, its more stress than needed any help much appreciated

Have you been assessed for Income-related ESA? If you think you might qualify you should download an ESA3 and get it submitted.

It seems that DWP/Tribunals service are accepting late appeals at the moment, so you could try that if you believe that your condition met the Support Group criteria when the WRAG decision was made. ESA would not be paid whilst awaiting appeal but would be backdated if you gained Support Group on appeal.

Alternatively if you have strong evidence that your condition has worstened, since the decision, and you now meet the Support Group criteria then you can ask for a 'supersession'.

If neither of these apply,your only options would be to apply for JSA or manage without an 'out of work' benefit
