DLA Query thats not on FAQ was created by sarahjane
I had DLA renewal in Feb 2012 turned down, appealed it and lost appeal in July, I have degerative disks in back and neck and more recently arthritis in knees worse in right knee,, have I left enough time between when turned down at tribunal and making new claim/ bit maddening as I've been on the SP of ESA for last 2 years!

There is no restriction on when you can make a new claim for DLA after being rejected.I had DLA renewal in Feb 2012 turned down, appealed it and lost appeal in July, I have degerative disks in back and neck and more recently arthritis in knees worse in right knee,, have I left enough time between when turned down at tribunal and making new claim/ bit maddening as I've been on the SP of ESA for last 2 years!
