Hi There
I have sent 3 or 4 e mails to you in the past few weeks but have received no replies as yet.I was asking a question about my subscription renewal.When I was paying it i didn't realise there was a code I could have used to get a reduced rate.Can you please tell me if it is possible to do something about this.

He is the only person who can deal with your query, Moderators have no control over subscription queries.
