I have been waiting over 4 months

I appealed back in the summer as I was put in wrag, I am on contribution based ESA , my Nero was so cross as I have ms and me and he said I could not work.. I. Have rung ESA office about 4 times and they have not even looked at my papers. Oh what can I do this is so stressful.

I am not qualified to answer your ESA query, as I specialise in DLA/AA and appeals.

You could make a complaint to the JobCentre Plus dealing with your ESA claim. I'd also be inclined to write to your MP and see if they can assist you.

We have been extra busy today, but I'm sure a moderator with ESA experience will reply to your query ASAP.

The DWP do seem to be gridlocked at this time, so the situation that you find yourself in, is fairly common.

You could complain to the DWP in writing, see :
