so dissapointed been refused dla again

Applied in begining of June for DLA and was told No .asked for the descision to be looked at again and after ATOS doc visited 2 weeks ago gave plenty of evidence, letters ,hosp apps, proof of hosp admittance for 5days , been told today on telephone that looks like they havent changed descision its states its maintained whaterver that means ??So Advisor told me even though its not up on computer yet she is sending me appeal papers to say the least just think its to much stress now to keep going..

I am sorry to hear that the reconsideration has not changed the decision You now have 1 month in which to submit your appeal, if you decide to do so.
