We have many queries for information and/or advice from members. However, regretfully many members do not return to the forum to advise us whether or not they found our advice of help or not.

Whilst members are under no obligation to post again on their original query, it would be of enormous help to moderators if members could let us know if we were of help.

Feedback will help us to where possible to provide a better service or if we need to change anything when the forum software is upgraded next month.

That's the nature of any forum. People are quicker to express their concerns and mishaps than their good fortune. I'd wager those who seek advice and then don't report back are in the majority those who have received a positive result. But it's always good and gives all hope when we hear positive outcomes.

Some people, and there are such everywhere, are only concerned with their own situation, and I regard it as being rather selfish. OK, I'll shut up now, I have a reputation for saying what I think!

I wanted to come back and say Thanks for the responses to questions I'd asked, but when I did, it said the topic was locked. I think I might have been in error and that the topic was locked because the forum was closed. Sorry about that and grateful thanks for the responses I got to my questions.
