The amended ESA descriptors that come into effect at the end of the month now refer to
receiving treatment for cancer by way of chemotherapy or radiotherapy
so the "intravenous, intraperitoneal or intrathecal" reqirement appears to have been removed, although we are still waiting to see a consolidated view of the new descriptors.
