DWP letter unclear

I've read and reread it and can't work out if I passed my assessment before Christmas. What do you think? Has any one else had unclear decision letters from DWP?
In the past I was told clearly the decision and how I'd scored in the medical assessments for Incap benefit.

I got a letter from the DWP today, headed "Your Claim for ESA" then says nothing. Then has a heading "Changes in Social Security Benefits" which says from April my ESA rates will change and that it won't be paid after July due to 365 days being up. It then has a heading "What Happens After the Decision is Looked at Again" and "How to appeal". Then on the last page gives a breakdown of my payments and says the amounts on this page apply from 10 April 2013 to 30 July 2013.

Hi p50,
This letter does not seem to be an ESA award "Decision Notice" letter informing you of a decision as a result of your "medical" pre Xmas. It may just be a standard pro-forma letter informing you of benefit increases coming into force from April 2013.
However, you should be aware that if you have been in receipt of CB ESA in The WRAG, you are only entitled to 365 days of payment from the start date of your original WRAG award . See :
12 Month Limit for ESA(CB)
You need to contact The DWP to gain clarification.
