As i have already said sent my GL24 appeal form away at the end
of February with some evidence.I aked them to send me any medical reports
That have been used in coming to thair decision,to put me in the Work-Related activity group
Wish now i worded it a little better.
When i send away a copy of my MP supporting letter.Should i ask them for the
ESA85 report from the person who did my assessment.Even though i did not have
a face to face with any ATOS Doctor, when migratig from IB to ESA.Is thair anything i should ask them for,on how they came to thair decision.
Sorry for all the questions.Just when i think i have all the answers
I think of somthing else to ask.
Regards

The DWP should be used to these requests by now, but the following has a more complete list of dcouments that might be available.
ESA medical – what forms to ask for?
Another option is to raise a Subject Access Request, the advantage is that it is a formal request that the DWP must respond to, however, the downside is that the DWP are given 40 calendar days to respond. We normally suggest this when the DWP have already failed to respond, so you may want to wait to do this. There is a guide on the following link

Looked through your ESA list of forms that i could ask for.
The ESA85 form is the only one at the moment that might be of some good.
I have a Subject Access Request form here in my posession.Might wait till they have reconsidered
thair original decison to put me in WRAG.Before getting my GP to counter sign it for me.
Will just send a copy of my MP supporting letter of to the decision maker tomorow.
With a request for any documents they have when they came to thair decision.
Thankyou
Gordon

Well i received some good news this morning.
Letter staiting. The DWP has reconsidered thair decision,to place me
in WRAG and say i meet the criteria for the Support Group.Couldint
have done it without the help of you People...Many Thanks.
No mention of how long.
What do i request of them as to how they came to thair decision.
Would i be better of sending in an access request form straight away.
asking for certain information.Dont want to waist 2-3 weeks hoping
they send somthing out.
Thought they would have at least told me how long i will be in
Support Group for.
Suppose i should be pleased, but cant help thinking a ESA50 form is only
round the corner.
Just checked my copy i have on file of the Subject Access Request form
that i used to access my hospital records.Only realy relates to Hospital
records, well the wording is anyway.IS thair a specific Request form that
is worded to include the DWP when making a request?
As always any advice is always appretiated.

Great news on being placed into The SG !!!!

Thanks for the complimentary comments regarding B&W.
With regards to a DWP SAR, see :
SAR :
www.dwp.gov.uk/docs/request-for-personal-information.rtf
From this page :
www.dwp.gov.uk/privacy-policy/data-protection/
&
Sending Documents to the DWP or ATOS
www.ico.gov.uk/for_the_public/personal_information.aspx
If you ring up they may have the prognosis on-screen, however if you want it in writing, and wish to know how and why you were placed into The SG, you can use The SAR.

There will definitely be an LT54, request all documentation to cover all bases.

Would be nice if they had a list of the forms with nice wee boxes next to them for you to tick
Suppose that would be to easy.
