Hello Forum Would I not receive any benefits during the time I was launching an appeal and waiting for it to be haerd, if at my WCA (IB to ESA) I was to be put into the WRAG but then launch an appeal to be put into the Support group ?. Thanks, Jean.

Hi J,
In that scenario you would continue to receive WRAG rate of ESA whilst awaiting your appeal.
However, if you were in receipt of CB ESA only in The WRAG, payment of this would cease after 365 days, see :
