Appeal for placement in Support Group

Once I have recovered from this I shall be put on transplant list for pancreas and kidney transplant. I have just heard that they have NOT changed their decision. I shall appeal but don't fit the descriptors for the support group. What can you advise me - am I eligible for Support Group under regulation 35?

To qualify under Regulation 35 you will need to show that your performing Work Related Activity would be a danger to yours or anothers health.

So you need to think about how your condition(s) affect you in this contact, so for example would your attending a WFI endanger you? What about a training course for a couple of days? If you were forwarded to the Work Programme and were required to carry out voluntary work, would this affect you?
