re dla letter confused was created by newbie27
hi
i had a letter today
im on low rate mob and middle care (indefinite for both)
if your award is due to end on or after the 7th pct and you have not ready received a renewal letter we will write to you in plenty of time?
but my dla does not end in oct its indefinite so do i go with the last setance below
do i go by the last bullet point where it says, everyone else in receipt of dla will not be contacted until 2015 or later?

The current plans are to transfer DLA claimants with an indefinite award to PIP starting in 2015, so you should be left alone for at least a couple of years.

I think the letter is simply posing possible scenarios, i.e. it is not individual to you.
If your DLA award is indefinite, and this has not been changed as the result of a review of that award, (which I am sure you would have been aware of), then your DLA award is still indefinite, and you should not be invited to claim PIP until after October 2015.
