Is it allowed, at the Tribunal, to draw attention to comments or inaccuracies in the Response, which do not appear elsewhere in the DWP documents? I ask as these pages are not numbered with handwritten numbers as are all the other pages in the bundle.
Or is it simply a matter of rebutting the inaccuracies, without specifically referencing them?
Many Thanks, YT

As far as I am aware all of the pages in the bundle should be numbered, so you may need to come up with some other way of referencing this content, but you are certainly entitled to, and I would say that it would be to your advantage, to direct the Tribunal to the specific documents that are in question.
