Failed Appeal was created by Avril
I have recently had my appeal for ESA refused at Tribunal which had taken some 13 months to get there. As a consequence of this and due to the fact that my condition has worsened during that 13 month period (which could not be taken into consideration by the Judge) I re-applied for ESA. I thought that I would be receiving an ESA50 form but instead I have received an ESA1 10/12 form? Has anyone had a similar experience and maybe able to tell me how things go from here?
Thanks in advance

This "new" claim will be treated as a new claim, I am afraid it is start from scratch which requires the completion of an ESA1 application form and an Assessment period, etc.
