The person in question has not received an official breakdown of their benefit, so this is conjecture on my part, but
They are receiving ESA(IR)
Personal Allowance £71
Support Group £34
Enhanced Disability Premium £14

i'm trying to decide whether to apply for income related ESA although i'm in the support group as it gives u free prescriptions, etc. would it give me less money do u think or would it still be the case that they cant leave me with less than i was getting before being moved from long term IB since 1990, also income based seems to have a favourable outcome on council tax.
I dont think i qualify for enhanced disablity premium, what is this for?
Beginning to think i should go on a course to understand gobbbley gook lol

The EDP is paid if you are in the SG and receiving ESA(IR).
I cannot comment on whether you would be eligible for Income Related ESA, as this will depend on your personal circumstances, if you are then you will continue to receive ESA(CB) but also receive an ESA(IR) top-up.
You need to get face to face advice from an advisor who can look at you financial situation as a whole, so that you can make an informed decision.
