ESA Appeal

Hi, Im new to this site so don't no how it works . I got put into a WRAG in September 2012 and I complied with the rules of this. Been to 3 interviews at the JC and also had to attend something called an Expert Patients Programme, but because of my illnesses I was only able to attend 2 weeks out of the 6 because I was too distraught. It was like an AA meeting having to stand up introduce yourself and tell everyone about your illnesses but because I suffer with severe depression and anxiety I found myself crying for 2 1/2 hours and having a panic attack. Been to see my adviser at the JC and she has said I can try for an appeal to be in the support group. I suffer with osteo arthritis, fibromyalgia, migraines and severe depression. I was wondering could anybody give me any help and advice about appealing as it more than 30 days after the decision was made. Thankyou very much Gill G
