Just wanted to say hi and thank u for this amazing site. I am currently in appeal for ESA and have recieved the initial tribunal paperwork enquiry form.

Please can someone answer a few questions?

When do i send in the GP letters etc?
When do i ask for the tribunal to be recorded?

If you have not already sent in your evidence then you should do so now - there is no point in holding onto anything. You have until 2 weeks before the tribunal date if you need to send anything else.

I am not aware that it is possible to audio-record the tribunal hearing but a written record will be made by the court reporter.

Can I just confirm that the appellant cannot audio record the Tribunal proceedings covertly or otherwise.

Just to add, you can request a Record of Proceedings and/or a Written Staement of Reasons : Tribunals – Requesting a Statement of Reasons , within one month of receiving the Tribunal's decision.
