1. Does it affect your claim if you mention you mention you have some mobility aids if you have purchased them yourself ?

2.Does it affect claim if your partner is helping you ?

Hi,

1. It shouldn't do as the Mobility test for DLA is on your walking capabilities.

2. Again, it shouldn't do, if this is pertaining to your partner catering for your care needs. To qualify for the Care Component of DLA, you do not have to receive the care. It is gauged on whether the care is "reasonably required"
