Good evening Jim

Was your point in the reply about the pain levels, were you asking me where we got the information from?

No it was merely to explain about pain in individual claims.

Severe pain ( aka severe discomfort) is as I said subjective, but for both mobility and care components of DLA, levels of pain have to be taken into consideration.

I believe as moderators, we have done all we can to explain the situation to you.

Your repeated posts are akin to seeking advice on individual claims, which we are not equipped to deal with. Therefore reluctantly I am locking this post.

PLEASE READ THE SPOTLIGHTS AREA OF THE FORUM REGULARLY, OTHERWISE YOU MAY MISS OUT ON IMPORTANT INFORMATION. Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
