Telephone number for DWP? was created by Judith
Have found two messages on my landline answerphone from a lady at DWP and she said she would now write to me. I have been trying to ring her back on the number I got from 1471 - that is 01902363307. Does anyone have another number I can try please?
I am waiting for the outcome on my ESA medical assessment on 28/2/13 and am going away on saturday and I really need to speak to them as I am a total nervous wreck as it is with my blood pressure being far too high and that is on 5 pills a day for it.
There is no way I will receive a letter before I go away - I did not realisse they phoned before writing - does this mean I have more problem with them?
Thank you
H

Hi J,
You can try ringing the number on any of the letters from The DWP, with regards to your ESA.
This will probably put you through to a DWP Call Centre and a Call Responder.
You may have to be patient, and make a few calls before you get to speak to the relevant person.
If necessary request an escalation to a Team Leader/Manager.
