well i have sent some supporting evidence last week, and today i saw my gp and he signed the drs letter from the black triangle campaign for me under reg 35,he dident charge me a penny and was very supportive,i have also submitted a letter from a self help group that i occasionally attend when i am well enough,i am hoping that they will change the decision with the evidence i have sent,otherwise its going straight to appeal.i will let you know how i get on,its the most stressful thing i have ever been through.now got weeks to worry over whats going to happen,thank you for all the help you have given me on here.

i am so pleased to share the good news i received today with you all,they have looked at their decision again and found in my favour,cant tell you what a relief it is.i would say to anyone considering appealing to go for it,supply as much info to them as you can.i know how this site has helped me just by reading through all the posts each day getting glimmers of hope when other people got good news,won appeals,and had successful reconsiderations. its important for people to come back on here and let others know what happened regarding their appeals,if no one did this,there would be no success stories.thank you benefits and work for all the help you have given me.
