I want to appeal ESA decision, I would be very gratefull if anybody on this forum knows of a good organisiation or solicitor who could assist me. I live in the central Birmingham area. I am feeling very confused and do not know who to approach, I am finding it very hard and difficult to put my thoughts on paper. I suffer from Fibromyalgia

You may find it very difficult to find anybody as the government have cut the legal aid budget for benefit appeals by more than 95% as of the beginning of April. If you decide to use a solicitor, please make sure that they have a background of successful benefit appeals as this is a specialised area of he law that most solicitors have no experience of.

You can try doing an internet search for "welfare advice" with your town, county, or postcode, the following has a list of organisations that may be able to help.

Where to get advice?

You could also try one of the Fibromyalgia charities.
