New ESA Questionnaire was created by gwendraeth
Hi,
I hope someone can help me with regards to this query, Got ESA 50 01/13 today, they've telephoned 3 times ( checked the no online) but I never answered the phone, I don't answer the phone anyway as I don't want to speak to people, as I have both physical and mental health issues, and before this new thing they used to combine both, am I right now in assuming that they will only consider physical on its own and mental on its own and they do not combine, I hope this makes sense

Yes, these changes came in at the end of January, however, there is no definitive definition of whether any particular condition is physical, mental, or a combination of the two, so you should not necessarily change the way that you would complete the form.

Thanks Gordon for replying, I will have to fill it in as best as I can, at the moment feel like ripping it up, and this one came in a WHITE ENVELOPE

Yes g,
They are using white envelopes, trying to fool us.
Have you considered using The PDF ESA50 01/2013 :
