CB ESA to IR ESA was created by teresasue
Hi Everyone can anyone tell me after 365 days in CB ESA and you get an ESA3 form for IR ESA do you also get another ESA50 to fill in all over again please?

Your being switched to ESA(IR) will not result in you being re-assessed, except by coincidence, however, you should obviously expect to be re-assessed at some time in the future.

Hi Sl,

As Gordon says the ESA3 is purely a financial assessment form, and nothing to do with the ESA WCA.

Hi Sl,

There is no 365 day limit to payment of ESA in any group, if any part of the ESA payment is IR ESA, even a penny.
