WRAG to SG Appeal was created by Lady Lou
Have recently received the ESA85a notice which says "The client is likely to meet threshold for mobility under ESA 2011 regs".

Am I reading it wrong that this means that I meet an SG descriptor but this wasn't considered by the DM?

Also "available evidence suggests improvement is unlikely in the longer term" and "work is unlikely within 2 years" all seems pretty confusing with regard to the decision?

Hi LL,

Does it mention Schedule 3, or Limited Capability for Work Related Activity, (LCWRA) , reference to these would be an indication that you had been placed into The SG.

Limited Capability for Work, (LCW) only places you into The WRAG.

Here are the SG Descriptors, and ESA Reg 35 :

SG (LCWRA) Descriptors

ESA Reg 35 for entry to The SG (LCWRA)
