ATOS and HCP was created by buster
hi all,
had a strange experience at my last assessment 11/4/13, my previous assessment in Oct 11, i was given 0 points and the ESA85 was not right so went to appeal and was put in the support group,i then complained to ATOS about the ESA85 after a short while they admitted a standards mistake... but could not comment on the other things, then they replied that the HCP could not recall any of this,my reply was she was the author of this report so she must answer the questions after about 20 letters ATOS said that it was not going to get resolved and there is no more that can do,i replied i well take it to the nursing and midwifery council, not heard any more from ATOS. Back to the assessment on the 11/4/12 i was called in to the assessment room to be greeted by the same HCP that i complained about, this is the strange part, when i told her that i had complained about her she looked shocked and bewildered and said you have made a complaint about my?,i said yes and told me she would not do the assessment. What a dangerous position for that HCP. It has got me thinking that do ATOS take the complaints and answer for the HCP,S.
I AM WONDERING IF ANYONE ELSE HAS COME ACROSS

ATOS regularly report that their complaint levels are well within the limits defined in their contract with the DWP, my impression from this and other forums is that this is quite possibly the case, despite the many comments about their accuracy that you can read.

As far as I am aware, ATOS's internal procedures covering complaints are not in the public domain, so there is no way to know how they handle this situation, if indeed they do.

I have to agree with you that this could lead to an uncomfortable situation at the very least, and possibly much worse.
