I have a client who will not leave the house. I want to get her from the WRAG into the SG although she is outwith her one month time limit to appeal. How do I convince a tribunal to do the appeal at her home?

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ
You, or your client will need to write to the Tribunal Service explaining the problem and requesting a domiciliary hearing, if you can get their GP to write a letter detailing the severity of the problem and confirming that they would not be able to attend a hearing otherwise, then it may help, but I have to warn you that these are very rare.
Good luck
