Appeal process was created by gigger
Sorry if this has been asked before but I am not sure where to go. I submitted a late appeal against the original desicion to place me in the work related ESA group rather than the support group. My appeal was based around the special rules relating to mental illness. I do not receive anything now because I have some capital from taking an early pension. I submitted my appeal in January and have had no update frrom JC plus. Yesterday I received a "limited capabilltyfor work q/aire" from ATOS. Is this part of the appearl perocess can anyone tell me please? Thanks.

No, it is more likely that the ESA50 that you have recieved is in relation to one of the routine reassessments that you will undergo while being 'on ESA', even if you are no longer receiving payment.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
