When you say 'revision' are you talking about the Decision Making process? If this is the case, there is often a very short time between the WCA and the decision being made. You can certainly send in any evidence you have, but you should do so as soon as possible as many Decision Makers do little other than 'rubber stamp' the ATOS advice.

I was thinking about after a decision has been made.

Regarding consultant and GP letters. Is there any difference in the weight attached to either of these ?

After a decision is made, extra evidence can be supplied as part of the reconsideration or appeal process. It is important to supply as much as possible in the hope of getting a favourable decision on reconsideration rather than having to progress through to the appeals tribunal.

Otherwise, additional evidence can be provided if you have asked for a 'superession' of your claim due to the fact that your condition has worstened. In this situation the onus is totally on the claimant to show that the deterioration has taken place since the first decision was made and that Support Group criteria are now met.
