It certainly seems to be a process of giving your medical history and the facts for a decision maker to decide your fate. Now await tribunial re non payment of CB ESA after ending 6 months ago when in WRAG. Would now being placed in support group make any difference with trinunial ? Thank you again for your hellp and back up.
Hi m,
Well done on being placed into The SG, as a result of the recent reassessment.
If The Tribunal don't find in your favour regarding the adverse WRAG award appealed, it will make no difference.
You current SG award will remain in place, and you will continue to receive ESA for as long as you remain in The SG.
If The Tribunal find that you should have been placed into The SG at the time of the adverse WRAG award, you would receive any back pay owed from the time of the adverse WRAG award to the time of this current reassessment decision.
You will also regain your 365 days entitlement to CB ESA in The WRAG, which will be beneficial if you are again placed into the WRAG at some future reassessment.
Whatever the Tribunal outcome, this current SG award will supercede the Tribunal decision.
