To "Favorite" it on the site see instructions in my previous post.

To do it in your internet browser, depending on which one it is, with Mozila Firefox, you open the topic up, then hit bookmark top right of the browser, it will then give you the option to "Bookmark this page".

Similar with Internet Explorer, only it's favorite rather than bookmark.
