Im a new member and as i have recently received a new ESA50 form to fill in ( i am on incapacity at the mo)
I am using the guides from here to fill in the forms which are so helpfull but i just wondered if you could give me some advice on a couple of things i am stuck on.
Part 1 Physical functions no.8 can you see to cross the road on your own -: I have no problem with my sight but due to other phisical and mental factors i am never out alone and don't know if i should fill this in purely on vision alone or all the other factors.
Part 2 Mental, cognitive and intellectual functions-: same with all of these really as the tasks they ask about i can't physically do, i can answer how they affect me mentally but i get help with most things every day.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Many Thanks

Welcome to the forum.
Question 8 makes specific reference to "sensory impairment" so you will not score points for any other reason.
Changes in January to the ESA Regulations mean that you can only score points for the Mental Health question (11-17) if your related problems are due to a mental health condition. Whilst this should not stop you completing any question that you have problems with, you may not score points against these questions if your problems are purely physical.
