getting evidence for decision maker's decision was created by pip
hello. i have written to the benefits office to request all documentation about my WCA assessment (nov 2012) to help me appeal a decision to place me in WRAG and not SG. meanwhile i have written notification of a reconsideration and appeal following. shall i write again for the Atos/ DWP documentation (as they didn't get my letter) or wait till an appeal is initiated when they will send me all the docs they have? i have been reading the BandW ESA appeals download.

If you get the paperwork then it is possible that you might be able to provide information that convinces the Decision Maker to decide in your favour. If you wait until you get the 'appeal bundle' that possibility will have passed. However, if you feel that you have already provided all potential information and evidence then you might decide to wait.

Hi
Iam the same as you, in recon stage, I have waited over forty days for my SAR information, and have recently went through the ICO, to try and get the Sar papers within 14 days, the Mods might help you here.
I also sent a letter to the DM after 5 weeks, because I was not happy about some of my wording, and tried to explain my condition in more detail
