No new medical evidence!

Today I received a new capability for work questionnaire, and thats were my problem starts. I have no new medical evidence. I suffer from a disease which is incurable, and treatment is almost non existant. Nothing has changed since last time. My condition will get worse as it can't get better. I'm hoping to get a letter of support from my GP. But that is all what I'll have to send.
I would be grateful for any advice.Thank you

I f you have not had new treatment in the last two years then there is nothing that you can do about the situation.
There is no reason why you should not re-submit the evidence used on your last claim with a statement that your condition has not improved and that you have not been able to adapt to situation, you can also speak to your GP to see whether they will support you by providing a letter stating this as well.
You do need to be aware that the ESA Descriptors and Regulations have been changed since you last completed an ESA50, they may not require any changes to what you would write on the ESA50 but you should still review the latest guides.

If it will help there is an electronic version of the ESA50 that can be completed on a PC.
